Heavy Metal is a kind of music, that became popular in the 1970s. Its main attribute is a very hard and aggressive rhythm. In comparison to the voice of the singers the accompanying instruments are very loud. There are some subkinds of Metal, e.g Death Metal or Trash Metal.
