In the USA it is legal to compare different products in adverts. In the 1980s Coca Cola and Pepsi showed commercial which gave a bad picture of the other product and in the end it was like a war on TV.
Both companies used Rock and Roll music to demonstrate how cool their product are and how happy they make.
