Chou En-Lai

He was born in Kiangsu in1898. Since 1924 he belonged to the communist
leadership of China. From 1936-1946 he was the leader in negotiations between
Mao Tse-tung and Zhiang Kaishek. Since 1949 En-Lai was Prime Minister of
the People's Republic of China, from 1949-1956 he was Minister of Foreign
Affairs, too.
