Buddy Holly

Holly´s career lasted only from 1956 till his death in 1959.
Most of his great hits were written from 1957 to 1959. He had a special
southwestern style also called Tex-Mex, which was similar to Elvis Presley.
Holly used the extreme contrast in his voice. His backup group were the
Crickets. Some say: if he had lived longer, he would have been as important
as Elvis Presley.
